Okomo, a Swiss-based tech start-up, co-founded by Montana’s alumnus Kasimir von Koblinski, has been nominated for the Customer Relations Award 2020. This award rewards Swiss companies and start-ups for creating sustainable customer relationships in the digital age. Okomo made it to the finalists in the category “Newcomer”.
Okomo is a sales and services software that integrates an elegant, live video, messaging, and appointment scheduling solution directly into online channels such as websites, email, and social media and we adopted it to improve our customer service to our families. The programme allows you to connect with us easily from anywhere in the world at any time and schedule appointments and video calls with only a few clicks filtering people within the organization by topic or by language.
