Start-up co-founded by Montana’s alumnus is nominated for the Customer Relations Award 2020

Okomo, a Swiss-based tech start-up, co-founded by Montana’s alumnus Kasimir von Koblinski, has been nominated for the Customer Relations Award 2020. This award rewards Swiss companies and start-ups for creating sustainable customer relationships in the digital age. Okomo made it to the finalists in the category “Newcomer”.

Okomo is a sales and services software that integrates an elegant, live video, messaging, and appointment scheduling solution directly into online channels such as websites, email, and social media and we adopted it to improve our customer service to our families. The programme allows you to connect with us easily from anywhere in the world at any time and schedule appointments and video calls with only a few clicks filtering people within the organization by topic or by language.

You can see the Okomo widget on Montana’s website. Montana was an early adopter of this technology and today not only uses it for new families but also for current ones, in fact, we hold all our parents teachers conferences during Covid-19 times online.

We are proud of Kasimir's achievement and wish him all the best for his future career!
